| RESERVATION |
- Reservation must be made from this website, (No telephone call) at least 3days prior
to the arrival date by the person who will be staying.(third
person / company reservation not accepted)
- Reservations are 3nights Minimum
- All guests must have a valid passport.
- We accept cash and traveller's checks only
for the payment upon arrival.
- Your reservation submission will be replied
by E-mail with your reservation information.(within 48hrs).

*If we don't have the available beds, we will notify
you by E-mail.
- All guests must be 18 years of age or older.(No
minor is accepted)

| CANCELLATION/CHANGES |
- Cancellations or change of your reservation must be made by Email with
your Confirmation Number (not by phone) as early as possible.
- If you do not check-in without any notice by
6:00 p.m.(E.S.T) on arrival date, your entire reservation will
be cancelled.

| CHECK-IN
/ OUT |
- Check-In hours are between 12:00pm~6:00pm.
No early
check-in before 12pm.
(
Late check-in fee is required for after
6:00pm)
- Check-Out time is by 11:00am.
- We require valid passports for all guests
(include American and Canadian citizens) upon check-in.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted inside
for the protection of all guests.
